Syllabus
A syllabus is guide for a specific course. Syllabi can help students determine course expectations. You can access current and past syllabi for BYU courses by going to syllabus.byu.edu. A syllabus will usually include the following information:
- Course description
- Grading policies/scale
- Learning outcomes
- Course policies
- Schedule of assignments.
Researching a previously posted syllabus is a helpful tool for students in exploring classes of interest. (You will need your BYU NetID and password to access syllabi information).
