Michelle Christensen was born in Nepal and lived there until she was eleven years old. She was adopted and then moved to Oklahoma where she spent the remainder of her childhood. After serving a mission in the California Anaheim mission, Michelle earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Brigham Young University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Academic Advising through Kansas State University.
Michelle cherishes the opportunity she has to work with students from all different walks of life. Her experiences growing up in a third world country have helped her to appreciate education. She loves helping college students because she believes that higher education is the key to opening doors to opportunities to succeed and flourish in life.
