Katelyn was raised in Idaho and born in Taiwan. She served a mission in New York City. She received her Bachelor degree in Public Health at BYU and enjoyed working with Y-Serve on multiple projects, volunteering at Wasatch Mental Health, as well as participating in BYU’s Student Outreach Council with CAPS in her undergrad. Katelyn also has experience implementing health education programs in Thailand and has worked with sexual assault victim shelters in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Now, she is pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at BYU. She loves nothing more than helping others figure out their lives because she was once an exploring, confused student herself. When not at school or work, Katelyn can be found at the local crag climbing or curled up somewhere cozy reading a book, or adventuring anywhere new.
