You are limited to one fee-waived referral for each of the career assessments (SII and MBTI) for each of your students or employees as approved by your area supervisor as they will be charged to cover your fee.

When taking the assessment, remember to focus on your interests, not how good you are at the different options. Your results will be more helpful if you do this. Also, we recommend that you complete the entire assessment at one time to ensure consistency in your responses. To complete your assessment, please watch for the emailed link from no-reply@themeyersbriggscompany.com).

By purchasing this assessment, you agree to provide an interpretive session with a qualified practitioner. These sessions may be delivered in person, over the phone, or via Zoom. Interpretive sessions typically last one hour and give participants the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback on your results. Please call (801) 422-3826 to schedule an appointment with one of our advisors. If you prefer to review the results in your own area, as approved by your supervisor, please email us at careerassessments@byu.edu to indicate your preference.
